Terms of Sale – UK HomeSave

By booking, purchasing, or using the services provided by UK HomeSave (“Company”), you agree to the following Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. 📅 Working Hours & Availability

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 4:00pm.
  • Emergency call-outs may be available outside of these hours, subject to availability and additional charges.

2. 💳 Pricing & Payments

  • Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges at 4% above the Bank of England base rate until paid in full.

3. 🛠️ Services & Guarantees

  • All work will be carried out by qualified professionals using appropriate materials and methods.
  • We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on standard plumbing services, unless otherwise stated.
  • Guarantees do not cover:
    • Misuse, neglect, or third-party interference
    • Pre-existing faults not addressed in the agreed scope of work
    • Materials supplied by the customer

4. 📦 Materials & Parts

  • Materials and parts supplied by UK HomeSave remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
  • Any manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.

5. 🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out fee.
  • Refunds are only provided where legally required and at the Company’s sole discretion.
  • Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable once work has been scheduled.

6. ⚖️ Liability

  • While every effort is made to minimise disruption, the Company is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
    • Delays caused by supply chain issues or unforeseen circumstances
    • Damage caused by existing faults or structural weaknesses in the property

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. 🔒 Privacy & Data

  • Personal data (e.g., name, phone, email, address) is collected solely for the purpose of providing services.
  • Data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
