Plan your replacement boiler
A new boiler should suit the property and the way your household uses heating and hot water. UKHS can discuss your requirements and arrange the assessment needed for a quotation.
What we need to understand
- The existing boiler and heating arrangement.
- The property size and hot water requirements.
- Whether you want to change the boiler location.
- Any access, controls or installation preferences.
Survey and quotation
A property assessment helps establish the installation requirements. Ask for a clear breakdown of the proposed boiler, labour, controls, any system work, disposal and certification. Make sure VAT and any exclusions are clear in the quotation.
Installation and handover
Discuss the expected work, access and disruption before the installation date is agreed. At handover, ask about operation, relevant documentation, warranty registration and ongoing servicing requirements. These should reflect the product and the agreed installation.
Not sure whether to replace?
If you are comparing repair with replacement, tell us about the fault and the existing boiler. We can discuss the information needed to assess the options.
